ATM CARD FRAUD SECURITY INCLUDES AUTOMATED CALL

First Bank now contracts with its data processor to monitor all incoming check card and ATM transactions in order to reduce the risk of monetary loss due to compromised cards. If a transaction meets certain criteria for fraud, a contracted third party will call the customer on behalf of First Bank to determine if the transaction is legitimate. The call will be from an automated system, always with a source phone number of 800-437-9392 or 800-890-5097. If the customer is not available to take the call, the debit or ATM card will be temporarily suspended from making purchases or withdrawals until such time that the customer can return the call to the fraud protection number. Please know that customers will never be asked for personal or security information beyond their telephone number, and the call is legitimate if coming from 800-437-9392 or 800-890-5097. We apologize for any inconvenience as a result of the addition of this service, however, as debit card fraud continues to escalate, the protection of our customers' assets is a priority. TO REPORT A LOST OR STOLEN CARD AFTER HOURS:

In the event that your ATM or debit card is lost or stolen after hours, Immediately call 800-236-2442. This after hour contact will only be able to block your card. Please contact First Bank on the next business day to review transaction history and order a new card.
